Polarstead is a brand of MIROLIC ENTERPRISE (Nigeria). These terms cover the use of this website and set the baseline for how engagements work.

The website

Content on polarstead.com is provided for information. Prices shown are starting points; every engagement is quoted individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Engagements

Each project runs on a written scope document that fixes the deliverables, the price, and the timeline. Payment is 50% to start and 50% at delivery. Delivery includes 14 days of post-launch bug fixes.

Ownership

The project repository lives in your GitHub from day one. Full ownership of the code and intellectual property transfers to you at final payment.

Liability

The website is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to the use of this site is limited.
